Nottingham & Leicester Intergroup
A vacancy exists on the Nottingham & Leicester Intergroup Prison Liaison team to assist the Prison Liaison Officer in arranging and attending A.A. Meetings in local HM Prisons.
It is a great way of doing service so if you are interested, consult with your sponsor and see if they feel you are ready to fulfill this role.
Requirements
- a minimum of two years of sobriety
- security clearance is invariably necessary
- it is desirable that members have a good grounding in the whole of the A.A.
programme of recovery so that they can seek every opportunity to introduce the
Steps and Traditions to the inmates whilst referring to the Big Book
